  • Payment information — card details, processed securely through our payment gateway and never stored directly. Collected.
  • Sensitive personal information — Social Security number, precise geolocation, biometric identifiers. Not collected.
  • Protected classifications — race, religion, health status, sexual orientation. Not collected.

Purpose of Collection

This information supports order processing and fulfillment, customer support, website performance improvement, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable law.

Sources of Information

Most information is provided directly through order placement, account creation, or customer support contact. Additional information is collected automatically through Google Analytics and Shopify's built-in tracking tools.

Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

Astoria Queens Boutique does not sell or share personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and has not done so in the preceding 12 months.

Service Providers

Information is disclosed only to the following categories of service providers for legitimate business purposes:

  • Google Analytics — website traffic and performance analysis
  • Shipping carriers — order delivery
  • Payment processors — secure transaction handling

Response Timeline

Verified consumer requests receive a response within 45 days of receipt. If additional time is required, notice of the reason and extension period, up to an additional 45 days, will be provided.

Authorized Agents

An authorized agent may submit a request on a consumer's behalf. Proof of authorization may be required, and direct identity verification from the consumer may still apply.

This Notice may be revised periodically to reflect changes in business practices or applicable law, with an updated date posted at the top of this page.
